Both Ben and Victoria have nurtured for a love of design and crafting livable homes from a young age.
Ben learned much of the trade from his father, who built a mighty real estate portfolio with his own two hands, brick by brick.
For Victoria, her childhood was spent wandering the aisles of Home Depot with her parents as they grew their own construction and development company in New York.
Construction and design was a thread that wove through much of their lives. Eventually, Ben and Victoria realized their shared creative passion for architecture, interior design, and aesthetic appeal. So, in 2014, they
began collaborating on residential projects bringing their own expertise, vision, and talents to Bay Area homes.
With their eye for design, keen attention to detail, and belief in cultivating authentic relationships, Victoria and Ben are dedicated to crafting beautiful homes tailored to their client’s needs.
Pre-construction involves client
consultations, architectural planning, structural calculations, and permit submission and approval.
